Registration Fees & Categories
Fees rise as the congress approaches — register early for the lowest rate. All fees are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR). Registration includes access to all three days of the congress (14–16 December 2026). Pre- and post-congress workshops, held on 13 and 17 December 2026, require separate registration and are subject to availability.

For presenters whose scientific papers have been submitted through the congress website and accepted by the relevant Scientific Committee. This category does not apply to officially invited speakers.

Registration Instructions & Clarifications
The registration fee covers access to the full three days of the Congress (14–16 December), regardless of the duration of the Primary Track you select.
During registration
- You select a Primary Track — the main specialty or conference you wish to attend.
- A Secondary Track is an optional choice. It reserves you a seat in another conference on the day or days your Primary Track does not cover.
Examples
- A 3-day Primary Track, such as the Surgery Conference, leaves no remaining days, so no Secondary Track is needed.
- A 2-day Primary Track leaves 1 remaining day, for which you may reserve a seat.
- A 1-day Primary Track leaves 2 remaining days.
If you do not select a Secondary Track in advance, that is completely fine. On your remaining day or days you can attend the exhibition, and may also attend other conferences subject to seat availability, with no additional registration fee.
In summary
Registration fee = full 3-day Congress access + exhibition access + your Primary Track + access to other conferences during the remaining days, subject to seat availability. The Secondary Track is optional and simply lets you reserve a seat in advance.
The only exception is the workshops, which require separate registration and carry a separate fee for each workshop. Workshop capacity is limited, so early registration is recommended to secure your preferred sessions.

Complete your payment through our secure online payment gateway. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and receipt.

Invitation letters can be issued after successful registration where required for visa purposes.
